Home
We at Prometheus Renewables strive to return the U.S. to energy independence by
expanding the use of renewable energy. Jim Corning, the founder of Prometheus
Renewables, began by installing a 2.5 kW Grid-Tied Photovoltaic (PV) system on his
own home. Realizing the reliability and simplicity of these new solar-electric
systems, Prometheus began designing and installing residential/commercial systems
for our freinds in northern Arizona.
Do-It-Yourself and Full-Service Solar-Electric Installation
We feel that education is the best way to build strong customer relationships.
Therefore, we focus on educating our customers throughout the entire design and
installation process. As a part of our services, we offer regular courses in Do-It
Yourself PV design and installation. The course focuses on helping you design your
own system, or at a minimum, become an educated consumer.
We realize that not everyone desires to install their own system. If you are not the
DIY type or just don't have the time, we offer full-service installation as well.
We can accommodate just about any level of involvement that you want to have with
your system installation.
Every DIY and full-service system we sell is custom-designed based on your electricity
needs and individual site analysis. As a part of this process, we offer free site
